As you are here, meet the team: Naomi, that’s me, my husband, Jon who is also our wonderful technician, Freddy, Bailey, Hugo, Meg the Border Collie, and Dusty and Bella our two lovely cats.

We live in a vibrant village just outside of Gloucester where we spend time exploring the local countryside, tending to our garden, exploring local eateries and enjoying holidays when we can.

Both Jon and I have worked in the pest control industry for many years. Jon especially boasts a wealth of wildlife knowledge and creative methods for controlling unwanted guests. But we both wanted to utilise our skillset in a way that wasn’t at the mercy of the larger companies who see their customers as statistic rather than actual people. We wanted to bring a more personable and trustworthy service to our local community. So we did!

Our approach combines proven expertise with thoughtful, and thorough strategies tailored to each unique situation. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions — Jon will carefully assess every issue to ensure effective, long-lasting results. As something that is important to us, we also strive to use humane, eco-friendly products where possible.
